Marketing Working Student (m/f/d)

Design-led Marketing Working Student role supporting visual identity, social media, newsletters, website, and GTM efforts, with occasional Founder's Associate tasks. You will drive the brand presence across social channels, newsletters, and product surfaces, collaborating directly with the CEO at a venture-backed startup automating insurance claims using Agentic AI in Europe. Responsibilities include owning social media end-to-end (calendar, copy, design, cadence), designing and shipping newsletters and website content, elevating external presence at conferences and events, and building with AI daily. Key skills include fluent design tool use (Figma, Canva), strong writing for LinkedIn and newsletters, strategic thinking for GTM, and comfort working in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment. Location option is Berlin or remote; must be able to work around 12–20 hours per week.
