Job Summary
Strategic leadership to re-engineer the global Marketing and Communications operating system, designing a frictionless end-to-end workflow that connects strategy, creative production, and execution; ownership of the Adobe Workfront ecosystem to transform it from a task-tracking tool into a real-time capacity, spend, and output Command Center; identify and deploy AI/ML or RPA solutions to automate high-volume, repetitive tasks; lead change management and global adoption of the modernized operating model; and establish metrics for operational excellence such as Speed to Market, Resource Utilization, and Process Efficiency Ratios.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in Marketing Operations, Agency Operations, or Business Transformation roles within a global enterprise
- Adobe Workfront Mastery (including Workfront Fusion)
- Certification or expert-level experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile Marketing methodologies
- AI literacy with practical experience implementing AI tools within a marketing workflow
- Executive presence to translate complex technical workflows into business value for CMO and C-suite stakeholders
