Job Summary
Strategic leader re-engineering the Marketing operating system to accelerate speed-to-market. Oversees end-to-end process automation, AI/RPA integration, and the transformation of the Adobe Workfront ecosystem from task-tracking to a centralized Command Center with real-time visibility of capacity, spend, and output. Leads global adoption and training to achieve 100% adoption of the modernized workflow, defines operational metrics (Speed to Market, Resource Utilization, Process Efficiency Ratios), and collaborates with executives to articulate business value.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in Marketing Operations, Agency Operations, or Business Transformation roles within a global enterprise
- Adobe Workfront Mastery (including Workfront Fusion)
- Process Design Frameworks: Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile Marketing methodologies
- AI Literacy: Practical experience implementing AI tools within a marketing workflow
- Executive Presence: Ability to translate complex technical workflows into business value for the CMO and other C-suite stakeholders
