Job Summary
Interact with local businesses within your territory to promote Sun Tan City services using approved promotional materials and generate foot traffic. Develop local and corporate partnerships alongside your supervisor while serving as a local representation of national brands. Work in the salon as a Wellness Consultant, making relevant product recommendations to clients, maintaining minimum sales requirements, and ensuring professional client engagement. Manage time efficiently to balance 20 hours of field marketing with 15-18 hours in the salon, while assisting with maintaining cleanliness of tanning rooms and lobby areas. Requires management or marketing experience, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
