Job Summary
Interact with local businesses within your territory to promote Sun Tan City services, using approved materials to generate foot traffic and build corporate partnerships. Work in the salon as a Wellness Consultant, making product recommendations to clients, maintaining cleanliness of tanning rooms and lobby areas, and ensuring all client needs are met professionally. Manage time efficiently to balance 20 hours of field marketing with 15-18 hours in the salon while meeting minimum sales requirements. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, persuasive communication, and hands-on marketing skills within a premier tanning industry operator.
Required Qualifications
- Management or marketing experience
