Job Summary
Interact with local businesses within your territory to promote Sun Tan City services and products using approved promotional materials. Generate foot traffic into Sun Tan City while helping to create local and corporate partnerships alongside your supervisor. Work in the salon as a Wellness Consultant, making relevant product and service recommendations to clients and maintaining minimum sales requirements. Provide excellent customer service by building relationships and meeting client needs while multi-tasking between cleaning tanning rooms and engaging new arrivals. Maintain cleanliness of salon areas including beds, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage. Manage this hybrid role with 20 hours in the field and 15-18 hours in the salon.
Required Qualifications
- Management or marketing experience
- Education equivalent to management or marketing experience
- Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Computer skills and knowledge
