Job Summary
Lead the marketing website squad, driving the vision and delivery of enhancements for marketing websites, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Build platform capabilities and monitor KPIs; collaborate with engineering, data and marketing partners to specify feature details, create user stories, drive Agile delivery and UAT. Provide data-backed recommendations across multiple projects; design testing strategies; prioritize and manage trade-offs for production-ready features; create and maintain product documentation including user guides and release notes. Build partnerships with governance teams to deploy solutions in a regulated industry; drive user adoption and training; stay current with industry knowledge relevant to the squad.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business-related area
- Extensive experience in a related role, with proven experience managing ecommerce websites
- Strong project management skills, with experience using Agile methodologies
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Comfortable with and adaptable to change
