Job Summary
Marketing Transformation Senior Associate within the Business Banking Marketing Transformation team supports hands-on program management for a unified marketing platform (CSP.21) and leads process-improvement initiatives. Focus areas include gathering requirements, consolidating inputs for platform development, facilitating forums for cross-team insights, simplifying and automating the marketing campaign lifecycle, streamlining campaign roles and approvals, developing a common taxonomy for campaign evidence storage, driving marketing operations and innovation projects, prioritizing technology requests to enhance team tools, tracking progress and reporting impact, and creating clear presentations for stakeholders. The role emphasizes active use of AI tools in professional settings and requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing, project management, or a related discipline, preferably within Financial Services
- Strong understanding of marketing processes and campaign management
- Experience in program or project management, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools and technologies in professional and personal settings
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
