Job Summary
Marketing Trainee supports the Publicity, Communications, and Partnerships teams within Marketing. The role focuses on execution of communication campaigns, coordination of publicity activities, analysis of press coverage, maintenance of the virtual press room, creation and distribution of press and promotional materials, planning and coordinating screenings, liaising with external suppliers and vendors, preparing partnership proposals and timelines, maintaining the Promotions Database, and providing day-to-day administrative support in SAP.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Audiovisual Studies, Journalism, or a related field, completed within the last three years
- Fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong interest in the film, media, and audiovisual industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of digital platforms and social media channels
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Proactive, able to take initiative and work independently
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability
