Job Summary
Marketing & Technology Manager – Aluminum responsible for driving product innovation, sector marketing strategies, and technical support in the aluminum industry; function across Sales, Operations, Customer Service, R&D, and global Product Management to align market needs with product development and commercial execution. Lead technology and innovation efforts, support product trials at customer sites, develop technical proposals for furnace reline projects, deliver technical presentations and trainings, and collaborate with customers to optimize product performance. Contribute to pricing strategies, profitability analysis, sector forecasting, and budget planning, while leveraging cross-functional collaboration and strong communication skills to support sector initiatives and market share growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, technical support or technical sales within aluminum industry or aluminum-related refractory industries (preferred)
