Job Summary

Marketing Technology Integration Lead (Martech) responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Ipsen’s marketing technology ecosystem to power personalized, compliant omnichannel experiences across consumer and provider-facing content. Acts as strategic and technical integrator across CMS, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics, ensuring data governance, consent and privacy compliance, and seamless content delivery. Responsibilities include leading MarTech platform implementations, enabling cross-functional workflows, driving data capture and measurement, and coordinating timelines and risks across Marketing, IT, Data, Digital, and Vendors. Requires a strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems, hands-on experience with major platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore), ability to connect marketing strategy with technical execution, and a track record of successful end-to-end implementations in regulated environments; Bachelor’s (and often Master’s) in engineering/computer science/business information systems with 10+ years of related experience and 6+ years in MarTech-related roles.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
  • Overall, 10 years of experience in a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in MarTech implementation, MarTech integration, or digital transformation
  • Hands-on experience with CMS and marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, or similar)
  • Experience integrating MarTech platforms with enterprise data and analytics systems
  • Familiarity with privacy, consent management, and regulated content environments
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end MarTech implementations
  • Experience in life sciences or B2C markets (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree considerations as noted (preferred)
