Job Summary
Design and implement advanced AI prompts and multi-step automated workflows using Clay, Zapier, and OpenAI APIs to automate manual research and scale lead generation. Lead data mining strategies within 6sense and programmatic workflows to discover and segment target Ideal Customer Profiles globally. Partner with the SDR team to deliver hyper-targeted, AI-enriched account lists and monitor call metrics using Gong AI analytics. Monitor inbound lead flows, diagnose data friction, and optimize email nurture tracks in Salesforce and Pardot to ensure SLA compliance. Own full-funnel revenue attribution by tracking multi-channel ROI across digital media, SEO, and events using Dreamdata and Salesforce Sales Cloud. Build automated dashboards to report pipeline velocity to global stakeholders and collaborate with engineering and sales leadership to define MarTech infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of dedicated experience in Marketing Technology & Operations, Marketing Analytics or Revenue Operations role
- strictly within B2B technology or fast-scaling Fintech organisations
- Proven hands-on experience building complex logic, API webhooks, and AI prompt workflows
- using Clay, Zapier, 6sense, Apollo, Sales Force, Pardot, Gong, Tableau, Gemini, Claude and Google Apps Script
- Demonstrated mastery of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
- including an in-depth understanding of database synchronisation, custom object mapping, system integration and reporting capabilities
- Exceptional data analysis skills
- comfortable handling raw data exports and working with multi-touch attribution platforms like Dreamdata
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly translate technical data/AI workflows into actionable business recommendations for non-technical team members
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with different teams, sales, product and engineering etc
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and inherently curious
- views a repetitive manual task as a problem that must be automated using AI
