Job Summary
Lead the company’s marketing strategy from strategy to execution and own end-to-end campaigns for a real-estate company. Manage a 2-person marketing team and external vendors, drive lead generation and optimization of marketing funnels, and oversee branding, campaigns (digital and offline), budgeting, and ROI. Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership, and analyze performance data to continuously improve marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, and at least one within a real-estate company
- 1+ years of experience leading a small marketing team (1-2 employees)
- Proven experience in managing digital campaigns and driving lead generation
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, SEO, CRM)
- Experience working with multiple vendors simultaneously
- High analytical skills and strong business orientation
- Experience working closely with sales teams - a significant advantage
- Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills
- Creative thinking combined with strong execution capabilities
