Responsibilities include translating lesson plans into engaging learning experiences, aligning with state laws and district procedures, maintaining behavioral standards, adapting materials for diverse learners, evaluating student progress and maintaining records, communicating with students, counselors, and parents, and participating in curriculum development, faculty committees, and related activities. Requires thorough knowledge of marketing concepts, secondary education practices, effective teaching methods, and the ability to manage a classroom and deliver clear presentations; eligible for Virginia teaching license with endorsement.
