Marketing Systems Lead & Cell Therapy Product Manager - Kansas City Area

Job Summary
Own the marketing systems and digital infrastructure enabling scalable growth, including managing the company website, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and the broader marketing technology ecosystem. Lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for Viracor's cell therapy diagnostic portfolio, partnering with business development managers to define offerings and drive adoption across the cell therapy continuum. Translate market needs into new test solutions, develop go-to-market strategies, and represent the organization at industry meetings. This dual-function role splits approximately 80% between digital enablement and 20% on product commercialization. Based in the Kansas City Area, the position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years of experience with CMS platforms and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Full-time employment with comprehensive benefits and a Monday-Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience managing website content or marketing technology platforms
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Umbraco, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, or similar
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems
- Understanding of digital customer journey, lead generation strategies, and conversion optimization principles
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
- Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate a keyboard and other office equipment, use a telephone, access file cabinets and other items stored at various levels, including overhead
- Ability to speak and hear well enough to communicate clearly and understandably with sufficient volume to ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group setting
- Ability to continuously operate a personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours)
- Mental acuity sufficient to collect and interpret data, evaluate, reason, define problems, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, make valid judgments and decisions
- Must have the legal right to work in Lenexa, KS without requiring sponsorship
