Job Summary
Provide marketing support across multiple stakeholders by analyzing data to translate findings into actionable insights. Create and customize PowerPoint decks using existing templates or from scratch, and edit PDF documents with Adobe Acrobat to ensure professional materials. Develop surveys and marketing content tailored to broker needs and target audiences while supporting multiple team members and initiatives simultaneously. Execute administrative tasks to keep projects moving forward efficiently as a self-starter working independently with minimal supervision. Manage time and priorities without micromanagement while thriving in a dynamic environment supporting diverse needs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced PowerPoint and Word
- Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite for PDF creation and editing
- Proven ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively
- Prior marketing experience with demonstrated design sensibility and visual eye for content creation
- Excellent listening and communication skills to understand and execute on diverse needs
- Self-motivated work style with ability to manage time and priorities without micromanagement
- Comfort working with both creative design elements and data/numbers
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment supporting multiple stakeholders
- This is a 3 month contract with potential to hire opportunity
- Will be onsite in Amherst, NY
- This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services
- No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered
