Job Summary
Marketing Support Manager provides essential administrative support to the Marketing Department, handles basic graphic design, supports social media content and asset management, coordinates marketing projects and events, and assists in internal communications and reporting. The role requires strong writing and design skills, ability to adapt to changing departmental needs, proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, and a track record of creative, deadline-driven collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing support or administrative role (internships or practicum included)
- Proficient Microsoft suite skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient graphic design skills using the Adobe Creative Suite
