Job Summary
Marketing Strategy Manager responsible for leading cross-functional marketing planning and consultative support for OU Health service lines; develops comprehensive and integrated marketing plans for service lines and enterprise initiatives; plans and manages CRM-based campaigns to drive patient engagement, loyalty, and conversion; tailors marketing strategies using patient personalization and audience segmentation; champions a digital-first approach across the patient journey from awareness to retention; analyzes marketing performance and maintains dashboards with KPIs; develops creative briefs and initiatives, and collaborates with Digital Media, Community Partnerships, and Creative Services teams; coordinates with Internal Communications, Media Relations, Social Media, and Events to execute strategies and measure impact; supports ongoing optimization of SEO/SEM, paid media, and storytelling to maximize reach and engagement; requirement of a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of professional marketing experience; location: Oklahoma City, United States.
