Job Summary
Transform research, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data into actionable recommendations for Marketing leadership and executive stakeholders. Investigate existing and growth markets to determine opportunity size, while building an ongoing competitive intelligence program and establishing repeatable processes for monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies. Assist in developing the voice of customer program, including interview cadence and guides, then analyze qualitative findings to present recurring themes. Analyze marketing performance across channels to identify trends and risks, build forecasting models for sales and market penetration, and develop executive dashboards for regular monitoring and decision support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Research, Data, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in Marketing Research/Data/Analytics, ideally with B2B background
- Demonstrated ability to transform complex quantitative and qualitative data into executive-level recommendations
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior and executive leadership
- Comfortable building scalable research, reporting, forecasting, and analytics processes and tools from the ground up
- Strong voice of customer discussion and relationship building skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect market insights to commercial growth opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through thoughtful analysis and well-supported recommendations
- Experience identifying growth and testing opportunities that support market expansion, stronger customer understanding, and continued company growth
- Solid organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and projects
- Ability to build project timelines to meet deadlines
- Effective communication is essential, requiring the ability to hear and speak clearly in person and over the phone
