Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end development and execution of affluent-focused marketing campaigns within JPMorgan Chase branch environments. Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and campaign timelines; collaborate with strategy leads and brand partners to define scope, strategy, and delivery of branch experiences; drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration across Brand, Operations, Cross Lines of Business, Controls, and Legal/Regulatory to accelerate go-to-market and enhance client relationships. Strong emphasis on strategic thinking, project management, stakeholder negotiation, and storytelling to translate ideas into launched campaigns and experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or marketing strategy in retail/financial services or related sectors.
