Job Summary
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive growth and strengthen the Peritoneal Dialysis portfolio; support end-to-end product launch activities (pre-launch, launch, post-launch); monitor marketing performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights; conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses; collaborate with Sales to develop enablement tools and materials; create high-quality marketing and educational content; build relationships with healthcare professionals, patient associations, and other stakeholders; manage marketing activities within approved budgets; contribute to cross-functional programs and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences industry.
- Candidates with combined sales and marketing experience and a demonstrated track record of strong performance are highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple projects and execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Experience with content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva) is an advantage.
