Job Summary
Plan and execute customer sponsorships, manage budgets, and fulfill leadership check-ins. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop content, messaging, and media initiatives that amplify customer success stories. Own webinar strategy by coordinating logistics, speakers, and demand generation around events, while supporting tradeshow activations and user event logistics. Assist in demand generation campaigns by managing setup, tracking, and performance analysis using HubSpot and AdRoll. Execute multi-channel marketing efforts including email, social media, and paid advertising, ensuring consistent calendar alignment. Manage partner onboarding for the Expert Partner Network and maintain CRM hygiene through list management. Partner with product teams to align with roadmap updates and revenue plans while analyzing industry trends and customer behaviors.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or fintech/martech environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt quickly in a growing company environment, with a 'roll up your sleeves' work ethic
- Detail-oriented with a track record of flawless execution
- Experience in planning and executing webinars or virtual events
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services, lending, or martech industries
- Familiarity with mortgage lending, loan origination, or CRM software
- Knowledge of HubSpot's CRM and Sales Hub
- Experience with social media management and content creation (blog, video, infographics)
- Experience managing content calendars and coordinating multi-channel content production
- Passion for staying up to date with social media trends, marketing best practices, AI, and industry developments
- Experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
