Job Summary
Experienced Marketing Specialist to develop campaigns, analyze social media and e-shop performance, coordinate with external agencies, manage content and events in cosmetics, and drive brand and sales initiatives. Responsibilities include creating and analyzing reports for social media and e-shop, participating in marketing strategy design, coordinating with external agencies and internal teams, managing content creation and social media content (including TikTok), coordinating content production (shoots, creatives), and organizing events and offline activities. Key skills include campaign performance analysis, KPI management, content creation, social media management, digital marketing expertise with online campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic, TikTok), proficiency in English, and driving license.
Required Qualifications
- Πτυχίο στο Marketing, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφή τομέα
- Πρόϋπηρεσία 5-7 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Εμπειρία στην ανάλυση campaign performance και διαχείριση KPIs
- Εμπειρία στη δημιουργία περιεχομένου και διαχείριση social media
- Βαθιά κατανόηση του digital marketing και hands-on εμπειρία σε online καμπάνιες (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic & TikTok)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών
- Δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου
