Job Summary
Drive end-to-end integrated marketing plans and campaigns for Teq's K-12 EdTech offerings. Own audience segmentation and lead generation strategies to ensure messaging reaches educators and administrators. Manage marketing data and CRM to build targeted customer lists and maintain precise segmentation. Develop high-impact demand-generation content and collaborate with team members to optimize campaigns for maximum lead quality and conversion. Bring 2–4 years of marketing experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint/Google Analytics, and familiarity with HubSpot; leverage experience with display ads, Google search ads, and social advertising to support a fast-paced, data-driven marketing function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of marketing experience
- Experience in the K-12 Education or EdTech industry is a plus
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with HubSpot is highly desirable
- Experience with Display ads, Google search ads, and social advertising
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- A proactive, multitasking self-starter in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
