Marketing Specialist - Temporary

Job Summary
Create, schedule, and monitor social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including holiday posts, project updates, and employee recognition. Support the development of marketing graphics, flyers, banners, email visuals, and social media graphics using Adobe Creative Suite. Assist business development and project teams with proposal responses, prequalification materials, interview presentations, and InDesign edits. Help prepare for tradeshows and events, including social media promotion, slideshow updates, booth materials, and day-of assistance. Assist with internal communications, including the employee newsletter, company meeting materials, and engagement committee graphics. Take and organize photos for jobsites, company events, employee headshots, and project marketing needs. This temporary role supports Immel Construction's marketing and business development efforts from September 2026 to March 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Strong graphic design skills with the ability to apply brand standards across print and digital materials
- Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong writing, proofreading, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, ask thoughtful questions, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with team members across the company
- 10 - 15 hours per week
- In-office work at 2601 Development Drive in Green Bay
Desired Qualifications
- Marketing, communications, graphic design, or related education or experience preferred
- The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys both creative and administrative marketing work
- This person should be comfortable designing polished materials, writing clear and engaging content, coordinating details, and helping tell the story of Immel Construction's people, projects, and culture
