Job Summary
Senior Marketing Specialist leading cross-sell, retention, and engagement campaigns across multiple channels for Small Business product verticals. Develops and executes integrated growth marketing programs, improves client journeys, and strengthens portfolio retention. Manages end-to-end campaign delivery with internal partners, vendors, and agencies; collaborates with business and product teams to tailor strategies; optimizes digital experiences and landing pages; supports sales with collateral in Seismic and Brand Center; analyzes campaign performance to drive ROI. Requires 3+ years of B2B/B2C marketing experience, strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and exceptional communication/presentation skills. In-office roles across Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Tyson's Corner, Birmingham, Chicago, and Houston.
