Marketing Specialist

Marketing Specialist responsible for generating hypotheses and validating them through A/B tests of marketing funnels; improving funnel conversions; implementing growth hacks and developing new concepts to scale traffic; researching direct and indirect competitor funnels; managing the full lifecycle of marketing funnels from idea to design, development, and analytics; work within the Funnel Team to impact product metrics. Requires 1+ year in a product company or digital agency as PMM, digital, or performance marketer; data-driven with ability to measure results and work with A/B tests and metrics; understanding of user journeys and growth points; experience with Tableau and Clarity; proactivity and accountability for product metrics. Preferred: experience in social discovery/subscription products and with performance marketing teams.
