Job Summary
Scout, identify, and engage new industrial prospects across aerospace, automotive, catalyst, electronics, and thermal spray manufacturing sectors. Evaluate non-hazardous production byproducts including spent catalysts, thermal spray powders, and alloy swarf to determine reclamation viability. Coordinate client material sampling, conduct face-to-face site surveys at manufacturing facilities, and represent the corporation at national industrial expos and trade shows. Take full ownership of the B2B digital presence to create content highlighting the zero-landfill mission and drive inbound corporate inquiries. Collaborate with internal leadership to align market strategies with proprietary capabilities while managing regular regional travel for onsite client visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Environmental Science, or a closely related technical discipline
- native comfort and proven skill with modern digital platforms, content creation tools, and business networking channels (specifically LinkedIn)
- ability to hold technical discussions with factory engineers regarding chemical compositions
- ability to communicate financial and ecological value propositions clearly and persuasively to corporate executives
- fast and adaptable learning style to master proprietary reclamation processes and environmental tracking systems
- strong foundational knowledge of basic chemistry principles and industrial logistics
- open willingness to engage in domestic travel for industrial trade shows and onsite client facility visits
- ability to walk production floors
