Job Summary
Marketing Specialist responsible for the strategic, tactical, creative development, and performance analysis of the company's websites, digital marketing, and print collateral platforms to promote products, drive traffic, and generate sales leads. Responsibilities include strategy development with senior team, digital campaigns across websites, social media, email, and SEO; graphic design of assets for print, web, digital, and social channels; content creation for digital platforms, collateral, trade shows, and presentations; performance analysis using Google Analytics to optimize ROI; cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, on-budget campaigns; market research to identify trends and audiences; social media management and content calendars.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or marketing coordinator role
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing
- Analytical Skills: ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Creativity: Strong creative skills to develop engaging content/assets and innovative marketing campaigns
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
