Job Summary
Marketing Specialist - RFP responsible for leading the end-to-end proposal process across RFPs and RFQs, coordinating kickoff meetings, writing and formatting content (executive summaries, project descriptions, team bios), customizing collateral to client requirements, maintaining a content library of standard materials, and ensuring proposals are visually engaging with brand standards using InDesign. The role supports presentations and post-submission debriefs, collaborates with marketing, estimating, and operations, and applies strong marketing communications, proposal coordination, and project-management skills within the architecture/engineering/construction context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or proposal coordination (AEC industry preferred)
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
