Job Summary
Marketing Specialist to own our digital channels end-to-end, drive complex marketing projects, and help scale our brand and growth engine. Responsibilities include running our digital channels and ecosystem, creating and managing content across channels, website, and publications; planning and publishing content including podcast distribution; managing projects with designers and external vendors; leading internal campaigns and asset rollouts; supporting events globally (Europe focus); and collaborating cross-functionally. Required skills include storytelling, content creation, briefing and coordinating designers/freelancers, familiarity with Notion, Substack, LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics, and editorial calendars; ability to draft, edit, and maintain a consistent brand voice across LinkedIn, newsletters, decks, and short-form content; end-to-end project leadership across campaigns, podcasts, and internal initiatives; and a proactive, autonomous approach to work.
