Job Summary
Create effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support scientific solutions by collaborating with regional managers to plan and execute programs that connect products with customers. Manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives, enhance performance through data-driven insights, and ensure communications align with brand standards while delivering measurable results. Track metrics to provide actionable insights and coordinate with external vendors and creative teams to develop successful campaigns. Work independently in cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and budgets, applying strong project management skills and proficiency in marketing technology platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree, no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of marketing experience across multiple channels including digital, web, social media, events, and traditional media
- Project management certification desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation, lead scoring, and campaign optimization
- Strong data analytics skills with ability to track metrics and provide actionable insights
- Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities across various platforms
- Experience coordinating with external vendors, agencies, and creative teams
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and budgets
- Experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
