Job Summary
Marketing Specialist supports the execution of PDQ’s company-wide marketing initiatives, contributing to digital marketing, content development, trade show coordination, CRM management, and sales support. Responsibilities include creating and editing marketing materials, developing creative assets and copy for campaigns across print and digital channels, publishing blogs and executing email campaigns, generating video content concepts and assisting with production, photographing products and events, managing the company image library, supporting digital advertising (PPC, Google Ads, LinkedIn), aiding website updates, managing social media presence and performance, maintaining the CRM and lead databases, assisting with distribution of press releases, providing marketing support to outside sales, coordinating trade show logistics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of marketing or related experience required
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing, content management systems, and social media platforms
- Experience with HubSpot CRM/CMS or similar platforms preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
