Job Summary
Create marketing, sales, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, including product renderings, shelf visualizations, and merchandising concepts. Plan, capture, edit, and manage company photography and video content for digital, social, and internal communications, while developing short-form video assets like reels and GIFs. Maintain websites and landing pages, create and analyze email campaigns, and manage social media channels with an editorial calendar. Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, analyze syndicated data, and develop sales presentations. Coordinate meetings, lead recurring projects, collaborate with retailers and vendors, and support trade shows and new product launches. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and handling confidential information. This full-time, on-site role in Lodi, CA requires up to 10% travel and reports to the Director of Marketing Communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
- Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills
- Hands-on experience with website content management systems such as WordPress
- Solid understanding of social media marketing, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Confidence facilitating meetings, coordinating teams, and managing projects from start to finish
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and proactively solve problems
- Comfortable navigating and thriving in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to translate data and insights into compelling presentations and recommendations
- Positive, collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field preferred
- Prior exposure to omnichannel marketing and syndicated data preferred
