Job Summary
Marketing Specialist responsible for supporting the General Marketing function and projects by applying industry practices to create and maintain marketing materials and digital assets, manage appointment scheduling, coordinate customer requests, partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects, verify content accuracy and brand alignment, support operational initiatives and digital workflows, validate product data in the PIM system, assist in creating email templates, provide day-to-day marketing support, develop training materials, participate in large team projects, conduct analyses to uncover insights, apply innovative solutions to improve efficiency, and guide entry-level professionals while influencing team understanding of facts and policies; the role involves collaboration across marketing activities, branding, campaigns, and product launches to drive customer engagement and brand consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
- 2-4 years of job-related experience or equivalent education and/or experience
- Proficient in Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Engageware, and PIM system
