Job Summary
Marketing Specialist supports and executes cross-channel marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. Collaborates with internal teams (Retail Ops, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Cultivation, Production, and more) to develop and optimize promotional campaigns, email communications, content development, and campaign reporting. Manages multiple projects, cultivates vendor/VIP relationships, and ensures compliance with HR policies and state/local regulations. Occasional travel may be required for events and activations. The role emphasizes creativity, analytics, organization, proactive initiative, and a focus on driving guest experience and business growth. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or 3–5 years in digital marketing, with experience in cannabis or related industries preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Photoshop, Alpine IQ, Figma, Monday.com, Slack, and various social media platforms; Dispensary Agent Card (Nevada) and OSHA 10 (company-paid after six months) are listed certificates. This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, tourism, or cannabis industries preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents; mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant marketing software
