Job Summary
Marketing Specialist - Mandarin Speaking in Glasgow overseeing end-to-end local marketing operations for HungryPanda. Focus on offline ground promotions (booth setup, campus and community promotions) to acquire new users, plus local user community activation and retention strategies. Manage recruitment, training, scheduling and daily management of part-time ground promotion staff. Develop activity schedules, track user acquisition and marketing performance, optimise CAC and allocate marketing budgets, and handle contingency planning to ensure smooth execution of activities. Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, capable of planning and executing campaigns, and hold valid UK right-to-work status with the ability to be based in Glasgow full-time. Experience in marketing roles, strong communication and data-analysis skills, and familiarity with overseas Chinese markets are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) for daily user communication, community operation and cross-team collaboration
- Valid right to work in the UK, and based in Glasgow full-time
- Previous work or internship experience in marketing-related roles with understanding of basic marketing workflows
- Systematic planning and management capabilities for marketing planning, operation execution and promotion channel management
- Excellent communication, coordination and project execution skills, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
