Job Summary
Execute Export Markets marketing activities, including coordinating promotions and programs for channel and converter partners. Provide market insights and local analytics to optimize promotions and refine account targeting. Support 3M Representatives and Distributor Specialist Representatives by distributing sales enablement materials, launch assets, and toolkits. Assist in delivering channel training programs by managing invitations, coordinating calendars, and liaising with speakers. Serve as the first point of contact for marketing-related customer mailbox enquiries. Maintain and update online information regarding channel partners and converters across Export Markets in collaboration with operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- Some relevant marketing experience, or a strong interest in transitioning into marketing with transferable skills and the aptitude to develop in the role
- Good understanding of core marketing principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach, with the willingness to take ownership of important coordination and execution tasks
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex international environment
- Good attention to detail and a disciplined approach to follow-up and execution
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Degree in Marketing or a related discipline or equivalent qualification
- Experience in digital, international, channel, partner, or trade marketing
- Experience using marketing technologies or digital tools
- A strong learning mindset and motivation to build a longer-term career in marketing within 3M
- May include up to 10% domestic/international
- This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office at Bracknell/Poland
