Job Summary
Plan, coordinate and deliver health campaigns and brand initiatives for Lung Foundation Australia, driving donations and awareness while maintaining brand consistency. Lead graphic design delivery by managing an external design agency and coordinate development and distribution of marketing materials. Collaborate across the organisation to support a range of health marketing campaigns and projects, with a focus on impactful campaigns, publications and marketing materials. Requires 4+ years in brand/marketing, experience in the not-for-profit sector, tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Communications or related discipline, strong project management, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and ability to work with internal/external teams and travel interstate as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a brand or marketing role
- Experience within the NFP sector
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing projects/campaigns
- Experience using project management platforms would be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience working with external marketing, design and project teams in the production of branded marketing and communication materials
- High level communication skills and very strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in graphic design, particularly within the Adobe Creative Suite, would be highly regarded
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to solve problems and deliver across multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to develop, nurture and manage positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience using a database/CRM system such as Salesforce would be highly regarded
- Ability to travel interstate to other office locations as required
