Job Summary
Develop the marketing strategy and execute external product communication plans for assigned Linear Technologies technology. Drive top-of-funnel inbound marketing by integrating content from Germany into North America, managing public relations, social media, and paid media campaigns to maximize qualified leads. Coordinate trade fair support, develop technical content like whitepapers and webinars, and maintain extranet systems. Collaborate with Product Management to align branding, promotions, and website updates while benchmarking against competitors. Compile campaign data, track lead generation, and manage marketing budgets through monthly reporting to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
- 3-5 years of work experience in technical B2B marketing, communications, or marketing support roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Demonstrated expertise with LinkedIn, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create marketing copy for multiple media formats
- Ability to comprehend technical product features and translate them into compelling marketing messaging
- Experience managing marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs, and analyzing campaign performance data
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong judgment and initiative in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Fundamental financial acumen to manage and track marketing budgets
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Bosch Rexroth linear technology products
- German language skills and/or SAP experience
