Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute casino promotions, events, prize drawings, and VIP experiences from concept through completion. Represent the casino at off-property events and promotions, managing logistics, communications, and guest experience with travel as required. Process promotional cash transactions, prepare contest rules and waivers, and maintain inventory of prizes and promotional materials. Set up and operate promotional equipment, distribute event information to internal departments, and attend meetings and trainings to ensure operational readiness and compliance with schedules.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of casino marketing programs and promotional processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and casino-related software systems (e.g., CMS, LMS, EMS)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and guest service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License
- Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in casino marketing or related field
