Job Summary
Marketing Specialist focusing on Lifecycle and Retention leads multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, digital, print, and social) across OSV’s product portfolio to drive customer engagement, product adoption, and renewal. Partners with product management, sales, customer success, and creative teams to ensure data-driven, mission-aligned campaigns that resonate with Catholic schools, parishes, and diocesan leaders. Drives onboarding, engagement, and renewal communications, coordinates cross-product retention efforts, identifies opportunities to improve retention strategies, and supports ABM initiatives and strategic marketing programs for American Church Inc. (ACI). Requires 2–5 years marketing experience and a Bachelor’s degree; hybrid role based in Huntington, IN with three days on-site per week and potential remote consideration for highly qualified non-local candidates. Strong writing, collaboration, and project-management skills, plus experience with CRM/email tools, Canva, and SEO/SEM; travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 2–5 years marketing experience
- Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, Canva, SEO/SEM)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of ABM (account-based marketing) concepts
