Job Summary
Lead preparation of responses to RFQs/RFPs for Integrate Construction Partners, develop copy for proposals and marketing collateral, and maintain the ICP library of proposal elements including resumes and project narratives. Own the production of marketing collateral, presentations, and award submittals while coordinating the organization's presence at tradeshows and conferences. Manage project photography, maintain and update the ICP website, and support social media, PR communications, and special event planning. Work with technical staff to ensure accurate technical writing and utilize CRM databases. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of marketing experience, and proficiency in Adobe InDesign. Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some overtime and minimum travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related area
- 5 years of experience in marketing or communications
- equivalent experience/training
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- basic understanding of AEC/construction industry terminology and concepts
