Job Summary
Marketing Specialist (Temporary Contract) to support temporary leave within the marketing communications group. Primary responsibilities include building, launching, and managing customer journeys, email campaigns, automated workflows, and audience segments in Microsoft Dynamics 365; supporting marketing automation initiatives and lead nurturing; coordinating digital marketing, email, webinar, event, and campaign activities; tracking campaign metrics and engagement; managing contact lists, segmentation, and CRM hygiene; collaborating with marketing, sales, and business teams to meet timelines; uploading and managing marketing assets; assisting with trade shows, webinars, and events; drafting and editing marketing communications and campaign copy; and supporting general marketing operations and administrative coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, marketing automation, or campaign execution
- Extensive hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience creating customer journeys, audience segments, email campaigns, setting up metrics and automated workflows
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Collaborative, adaptable personality with strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing tools
