Job Summary
Marketing Specialist responsible for managing campaigns, ad planning and placement, press releases, mail-house coordination, and other marketing functions. Acts as liaison between media, mail-house vendors, and marketing suppliers to ensure timely program delivery. Primary duties include writing materials for monthly campaigns, copywriting, publishing daily social content, maintaining press-release contacts, seeking PR opportunities, managing print/online listings, researching company data for mailings, coordinating with creative services on ads and mailings, coordinating budgets and catalog logistics, scheduling media plans, processing invoices, and coordinating with sales to brief on direct mail pieces; requires strong written/oral communication, organization, research/analytical skills, ability to work independently and with a team, and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing/related field with 2 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
- 2 years of experience in a marketing position
- MS Office experience (Excel and Word)
- MS Dynamics or CRM database experience a plus
