Job Summary
Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives for assigned product families in a B2B environment. Responsibilities include campaign and content management across channels, assist with go-to-market activities for new product launches, collaborate with agencies and internal teams on marketing campaigns, review and coordinate social media posts, newsletters, and articles to align with brand standards. Travel up to 20–25% to support video/photography asset capture, customer visits, and select trade shows. Support sales teams with tools and field materials, attend regional events as a brand representative, coordinate trade show logistics, maintain website content and marketing collateral, and coordinate campaign timelines with internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- 2–4 years of experience in a product-based, B2B marketing environment (or equivalent experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Willingness to travel 25%
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to learn technical product lines and translate features into customer-focused messaging
