Job Summary
Role Overview: The Marketing Specialist I will support the Marketing Specialist II and Senior Marketing Manager in executing and optimizing B2B marketing campaigns. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build hands-on experience across digital/traditional marketing, content creation, and campaign execution within a global B2B manufacturing enterprise. The Specialist will help drive business impact through targeted marketing activities, support brand consistency, awareness and lead generation efforts, align efforts with global strategic marketing objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include assisting with go-to-market plans, market research, audience targeting, campaign support, creating and coordinating marketing content, developing assets (paid media, social, brochures, sales materials), assisting with digital campaign execution across platforms, coordinating events (trade shows, PR), tracking and reporting campaign performance, and staying updated on marketing trends and tools. Preferred skills include familiarity with Canva, Adobe, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and internship experience in marketing; strong communication, organization, and collaboration across functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, coursework, or projects considered and encouraged to be submitted with application)
