Job Summary
Marketing Specialist (HubSpot) drives customer engagement and revenue growth through data-led marketing initiatives. Owns HubSpot marketing automation, lead nurturing, segmentation, multi-channel campaigns, CRM data integrity, dashboards and reporting, and lifecycle programs to optimize acquisition, retention, cross-selling and reactivation. Collaborates with Sales and Leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes, develops targeted communication strategies, and ensures adoption of HubSpot best practices across marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, CRM Management, or Marketing Project Coordination
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM management, marketing automation, workflows, segmentation, and reporting
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, website, or social media)
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven marketing strategies
- Experience working with commercial teams to support lead generation, retention, and revenue growth objectives
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights and performance improvements
- Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on driving customer retention, engagement and revenue growth
