Job Summary
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and other channels using AI copywriting tools to draft, iterate, and personalize assets. Create compelling materials including website content, blog posts, newsletters, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral while supporting go-to-market activities for Hellbender's AI-enabled computing sensors. Manage digital marketing assets and content libraries, assist with storytelling efforts, and coordinate event marketing for conferences, trade shows, and webinars. Track performance metrics, collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams, and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys translating complex technical concepts into clear messaging within Hellbender's inclusive environment in Pittsburgh.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience creating marketing content across multiple channels, including digital and print
- Proficiency with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Experience managing digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, email marketing tools, or website content management systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams
Desired Qualifications
- Previous marketing experience in the tech or manufacturing industry is a plus
