Job Summary
Plan marketing activity schedules, budgets, and campaign plans aligned with business objectives. Coordinate activities across business units and locations while managing the Company's website and preparing content for newsletters, presentations, and advertisements. Develop corporate profiles, promotional materials, and customer communications, ensuring consistent use of brand guidelines and visual identity. Monitor brand presentation across all channels and support initiatives to improve brand awareness. Collect internal information for marketing use and maintain an organized library of approved materials. Coordinate participation in exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events, including venue and supplier management. Prepare invitations, event materials, and press-related announcements. Track campaigns against KPIs, analyze results to recommend improvements, and provide regular updates to management on activity status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or brand management
- Good knowledge of marketing principles, branding, market research, and digital marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content-management tools
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
